Meow Control

The Cat Sir Gato wants to control the whole world. To realize this plan he wants to open a hat "store" to gift everyone a hat which makes him able to control the mind of the wearer. With help of the mind control he wants to convince other people to get a free hat in his store but other people have other preferences so he has to create new hats for every person to reach his goal.
